Wastewater plants that hold their limits — and the people who keep them running.

We build wastewater treatment plants, and we rescue, upgrade and operate the ones that already exist. Patented two-phase catalytic oxidation, engineered bacterial cultures, packaged and containerised works — from the two pharmaceutical stations we operate in Suzhou to a 40,000 m³/day municipal plant we ran at 4,500 m in Tibet.

What we do

Four things we are actually good at

Design, fabrication, commissioning and operation are all in-house — the people who specify the process are the people who have to make it hold.

Our own patented process

Two-phase catalytic oxidation runs near pH 6 instead of pH 3–4, so it needs no acid dosing and far less alkali than conventional Fenton.

We make the bacteria too

Cultures developed with Harbin Institute of Technology and fermented at our own base — low-temperature, salt-tolerant and ammonia-degrading strains.

Upgrade without new civil works

We raise the capacity and effluent quality of plants that already exist, using cultures, carriers and process control rather than pouring new tanks.

We can run it, not just ship it

Long-term operations contracts — today two pharmaceutical stations in Suzhou, previously municipal and tannery plants. If you want the plant operated rather than handed over, we know how to write that contract.

Who we are

A technology company that also holds the operating contract

Binyuan Environmental Technology is based in the Yixing Environmental Protection Industrial Park — the densest concentration of water treatment manufacturing in China. We hold invention patent filings on our catalytic oxidation process and run joint research with four universities.

What separates us from a trading company is simple: we are still responsible for these plants years after handover, so we design for the operator rather than for the quotation.

  • Skids assembled, wet-tested and photographed before crating
  • 12-month consumable kit ships inside the container
  • Commissioning by video or engineer on site, in English or French
  • Predictive maintenance platform flags failures 7–14 days ahead

Start from your problem Indicative only — the real proposal follows your analysis.
Final design follows your water analysis, discharge standard and a site survey.

Most plants in Africa do not fail at design. They fail at running.

Funded, built, handed over — and then idle within a few years because a reagent shipment was late, a dosing diaphragm took a month to arrive, or the biology died and nobody on site knew how to restart it.

That is the problem we are built for. Our core business in China is in-situ recovery and uprating: cultures, carriers and process control on the tanks that already exist, not new concrete.

Filmed on a phone, not by an agency

A plant, running

Routine rounds, nothing staged

Dosing skids with their metering pumps and day tanks, the FRP header running the length of the walkway, instrument stands and access hatches. This is what the equipment looks like after years in service — the only version worth showing you.

Still not enough? We will stand next to any plant on our project list and take you round it on a live video call — just ask on WhatsApp.
Track record

We do not only build plants. We run them.

Our flagship operating contract, on the highest and coldest municipal wastewater works we know of on any supplier's reference list.

Naqu Municipal Wastewater Plant — Phase 1 & 2 operations

Winter influent arrives at 5–8 °C and the bioreactors sit near 3 °C, which suppresses biological treatment by 30–50%. We hold the standard through it by dosing our own cold-tolerant cultures from October to April, rebuilding the failure-prone mechanical equipment, and running the plant on predictive maintenance rather than waiting for breakdowns.

Send us your water analysis. We will send back a process and a price.

An incomplete enquiry is still worth sending — tell us the flow and what is failing, and we will tell you what we would do.
