Project track record

Forty-one delivered contracts across industrial, municipal and hospital wastewater — several of which we still operate under contract.

Naqu Municipal Wastewater Plant — Phase 1 & 2 operations

A 40,000 m³/day municipal works on the Tibetan plateau, operated by us through our local subsidiary. Winter influent arrives at 5–8 °C and the bioreactors sit near 3 °C, which suppresses biological treatment by 30–50%. We hold the standard through it by dosing our own cold-tolerant cultures from October to April, rebuilding the failure-prone mechanical equipment, and running the plant on predictive maintenance rather than waiting for breakdowns.

Industrial park plant — emergency rescue

A CASS plant with a design flaw, discharging over limits long enough to be named in a provincial environmental inspection. We rebuilt the biology, retrofitted the hydrolysis-acidification tank and added catalytic oxidation. Compliant and stable within four months of starting.

Sapphire industrial park — tertiary treatment

We built and still operate the advanced treatment stage on this industrial park works. It is the longest continuous record we have of the catalytic oxidation process running on real, varying industrial effluent.

Sheepskin tannery — retrofit and operation

Chloride above 10,000 mg/L and high sulphide had left the biology barely alive, with COD and ammonia over limits for a long period. Process retrofit plus salt-tolerant COD- and ammonia-degrading cultures at start-up. We then operated the plant for two years.

Cl− > 10,000 mg/L · stable compliance

Forty-one delivered contracts

The complete list, not a selection. All of it is in China — we have not yet delivered a project in Africa, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise.

Send us your water analysis. We will send back a process and a price.

An incomplete enquiry is still worth sending — tell us the flow and what is failing, and we will tell you what we would do.
